I haven’t really had a clear focus on what I wanted to do with this blog until now. But I think I’m going to use it to chronicle my daily experiences with building my t-shirt business. My goal for 2008 is to expand and improve my various t-shirt shops so that they represent about two thirds of my total income. Right now they represent about one third.

I think it’s a very attainable goal. I’ve done a bit of slacking in the past year and my New Year’s Resolution (which began November 1st since November is the beginning of my 2008 fiscal year) is to spend a minimum of three hours a day working on my shops.

I’m going to try and update every day with my sales numbers for each day compared to the years before. In order to reach my goal I’m going to need to triple my sales from 2007.
