Vistaprint has now added car door magnets to its lineup of custom printed products. I’ve been considering having some magnets printed to promote my business for a while now. I think it would be great exposure just driving around my city, and especially if I attend any of the numerous events that my store is geared towards. I’ve checked out a few places on the internet that offer car magnets, but most of them have minimum required orders, limited colors, or require you to contact them for a quote. I hate that stuff. Anti-social by nature and accustomed to instant gratification thanks to the internet, I want to be able just to upload my own image, and buy just one sign if I so choose. I’ve found two websites so far that allow me to do this: Vistaprint and BuildaSign.com.

Vistaprint offers a small (11.25 X 8.5) starting and $9.99 and large (17.3 X 11.25) starting at $15.99. BuildaSign.com offers a 6 X 18 inch for $22.00 and a 12 X 24 inch for $37.00. They also offer a discount if you buy more than one.

Both places offer decent prices. I don’t want to pay too much in case the sign gets ripped off my car. But I need to expand my advertising options so I think I will order a few from each place and wee how it works out.
