The first thing to do before you start adding products is decide how to organize your shop. On the left side of the Wordpress dashboard there are tabs for “Posts” and “Pages”. You can use either one to put your products in, depending on your style.
Posts are chronologically ordered, and pages are static (such as the About me page, etc.) More details on Posts vs. Pages.
I’m planning to set up my affiliate shop using Pages for the products. I’ll use a separate page for each category, which can be updated at will and will always have a link from the main page. I’ll use Posts as a way to add Google friendly content, articles about related stuff, new products and sales, etc.
On the left side of the Wordpress Dashboard, click on “Pages” and it will drop down a menu, then click “Add New”

My first section is going to be filled with Role Playing shirts, so I titled it and then opened up Zazzle in a new tab to look for products. In order to add the code to the Page, you must be in html editing mode (click on the html tab).

The last step is the add the tags for the html plugin. All the content will go between these two tags.

Now, finally, I can begin adding products. This is going to be a Zazzle referral shop, and Zazzle makes it pretty easy to affiliate their products for a 15% commission. (In order to do this you must be signed up as an Associate at Zazzle).
Once you find a product you like, click on it, and on the product page under the “add to cart” button there are some links. Click on the “link” link.

This brings us to the link options page, where you can choose different sizes, and also choose between showing the product or just the design. I’m using the small size, image only. From there it’s just a copy and paste into the Wordpress page. I also delete the extra text and links in the code so it only shows the title of the shirt.

Of course, just pasting in the code this way will cause the products to line up single file vertically, so I’m going to add in a simple table code so they will be in nice rows of three. Here’s an example of the code I use. All you have to do is repeat the highlighed portion for row of products. You also may have to adjust the table width depending on your Wordpress template.

The same technique is useable if you want to host your own images and link them to your shop.

LOVE your blog! There’s a much easier way to do this with a simple plugin Zstore Helper which utilizes the Zazzle Storebuilder. I use it on my store blog and once installed, the plugin makes product insetion practically effortless! Here’s the plugin site http://return-true.com/2009/03.....e-builder/
A couple more gret plugins for Zazzle are Wishads for Zazzle Search, and Wishads for Zazzle Stores, which can be found here http://www.wishads.com/
Wordpress really is fantastically easy, and though I’ve been using it for a few months only, I would now be lost without it!
time to update this blog please
