POD Entrepreneur’s list of clipart, vector art, and other graphic links.
(Note: To the best of my knowledge all of these resources allow for commercial use of their products, but terms can change and people make mistakes, so it’s best to always read the terms of use before using any graphics in your designs.)

Clipart

  • Clipart.com - Over 10 million graphics available for use. Most are very outdated. Not worth $160.00 for a one year subscription. Go to Journeyed.com and purchase the Clipart&More 3.5 million CD (currently $9.98) which includes a free one year subscription to clipart.com Apparently no longer true, which sucks because my free subscription just ran out. Clipart&More 3.5 million now offers a free subscription to iclipart.com, which does not allow their images to be used on Cafepress.
  • Graphicsfactory.com - Royalty free clipart, currently $49.95 for a one year subscription.
  • Tshirtclipart.com - T-shirt clipart packs and currently offering some free samples.
  • Digital Clipart.com - Tons of original clipart available for royalty free use on t-shirts.

Vector Art

  • Clipartlab.com - Nice selection of reasonably priced vector graphics.
  • Designious.com - Large selection of vector packs, vector illustrations, and pre-made t-shirt designs. They also offer some free samples.
  • Go Media’s Arsenal - Professional Design Weaponry. Vector packs, fonts, brushes and more. Free samples.
  • Flavafx.com - 150+ vector art sets and some free samples.
  • Tshirt-factory.com - Vector packs, pre-made t-shirt designs, and free samples.
  • Vecteezy.com - Tons of free vector stuff (uploaded by different artists, so some may not be for commercial use)
  • VectorStock.com - Tons of vectors, useable on Cafepress with purchase of expanded license. Also some free samples.
  • VectorPortal.com -Vector images free for commercial use with credit given.
  • I Heart Vector - Lots of vector elements free for personal and commercial use.

Other Stuff

  • Digitaljuice.com - Juice Drops and Print Design Elements. Watch for sales.
  • Adobe Exchange - User created shapes, brushes and other stuff for Adobe products.
  • Oweb2.com - Lots of Photoshop tutorials and brush packs.
  • Mister Retro - Cool but pricey Machine Wash filters for distressing your images.
  • Bittbox - Tons of free brushes, fonts, vectors and more

just want to point out that the ClipArt&More comes with a free 1 year subscription to iclipart.com not clipart.com
